About Choisez
Music has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. Choisez Studio is everything I've spent my life building — a place designed around the artist, where creativity comes before ego.
My story
Every year taught me something the one before couldn't. This is how Choisez came to be.
I picked up a guitar because my older brother used to play in a rock band. I spent hours trying to copy what he was doing until one day I could play songs on my own. Looking back, that was the moment everything started.
I wasn't following tutorials or trying to make commercial records. I was simply fascinated by how music was built — experimenting with melodies, drums and sounds, slowly teaching myself how records came together.
I started music school, studying piano and music theory. Solfège gave me a deeper understanding of harmony, composition and the language behind music — something that still shapes every production I create today.
My focus shifted from writing music to understanding sound. I read every manual for Waves plugins and studied frequencies, psychoacoustics, decibels and the way the human ear perceives music. While most people were learning presets, I wanted to know why things worked.
I began vocal training and songwriting — how to write melodies that connect with people, and how to shape songs around an artist instead of forcing an artist into a song. That mindset has stayed with me ever since.
I built my first improvised commercial studio. It wasn't perfect, but it gave artists a place to create — and it taught me that the environment matters just as much as the equipment.
I moved to London and studied Music Production and Sound Engineering at SAE Institute — the only student awarded a scholarship, which gave me the chance to work on professional analogue consoles and learn from engineers working at the highest level. London also introduced me to artists from every background, pushing me far beyond what I thought I knew.
I opened my first professional commercial studio. It became the foundation for what Choisez Studio is today: a place designed around the artist, where creativity comes before ego and every session feels inspiring from the moment you walk through the door.
Along the way
A few years later I had the opportunity to work with Sony Music, Def Jam, and with established UK and international artists. Every project taught me something new — but the biggest lesson was that great records don't come from famous names or expensive equipment. They come from trust, honesty and an environment where artists feel comfortable enough to create their best work.

Today
