What "edited" means
Delivered ready to upload
An edited episode is finished, not a rough assembly. Nothing else needs doing before it goes live on YouTube or your podcast host.

The clips
The part that actually grows it
On the Edited + Clips packages your session comes back with vertical cuts already made from the strongest moments, framed and captioned for the feed rather than cropped down from a widescreen edit as an afterthought.
- 1-hour session: 3 vertical clips
- 2-hour session: 5 vertical clips, plus a YouTube thumbnail frame
Extras
Add what you need, on the day
Conversations run long. You can extend the booking on the day, subject to availability.
How it works
From booking to a finished episode

- Arrive fifteen minutes early. Cameras, microphones and lighting are already set up. You settle in, we check levels, and you start when you are ready.
- Record. The operator runs the cameras and the sound for the whole session, so you focus on the conversation and nothing else.

Good to know
Podcast recording in London: your questions, answered
How much does it cost to record a podcast in London?
At Choisez Studio a one-hour podcast session starts at £175 for raw files, £325 with a finished edit, and £425 with the edit plus three vertical clips. A two-hour session is £300 raw, £500 edited, and £650 edited with five clips and a YouTube thumbnail frame. Every session includes two professional cameras, microphones, lighting and an operator for the whole booking. Studio hire without a crew is £100 per hour with a two-hour minimum.
Is it a video podcast studio or audio only?
Both. Every session is filmed on two professional cameras with broadcast microphones and lighting, so you leave with video and audio. If you only publish audio you can still book the same session and use the audio files, but most podcasters take the video because it is what feeds YouTube, Reels, TikTok and Shorts.
How many people can the studio fit?
The room is set up for a host and guests around the table. Tell us how many people are recording when you book and the room, cameras and microphones are configured for that number before you arrive.
Can I book less than one hour?
One hour is the minimum. The booking includes a full camera, microphone and lighting setup, and an hour gives you time to settle in, get your levels right and record a few takes rather than rushing a single pass.
What does an edited episode include?
A multicam edit switching between both cameras, audio clean-up and mastering, your intro and outro added, and the finished file delivered ready to upload. Nothing further is needed before it goes live on YouTube or your podcast host.
Do I get clips for TikTok, Reels and Shorts?
Yes, on the Edited + Clips packages. A one-hour session includes three vertical clips and a two-hour session includes five, cut from the strongest moments of the episode and formatted for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts. A two-hour Edited + Clips booking also includes a YouTube thumbnail frame.
What if my episode runs longer than planned?
You can add an extra hour on the day, subject to availability. An extra hour with the operator is £150, and an extra hour of studio hire without a crew is £100.
How do I receive my files?
Everything is delivered to you online, so there is nothing to collect from the studio. Raw video and audio, the finished edit and any clips all arrive as downloadable files.
Do you offer rates for regular podcasts?
Yes. If you record weekly or monthly, message us and we will put together a recurring rate rather than charging the single-session price each time.
Do I need to bring anything?
No. Cameras, microphones, lighting and the operator are all included. Bring your notes, your guests and your intro and outro files if you want them added to the edit. Arrive fifteen minutes early and the room is already set up for you.
Can I hire the studio without an operator?
Yes. Studio hire is £100 per hour with a two-hour minimum and gives you the space only, for teams bringing their own crew and equipment. If you want the cameras, microphones, lighting and an operator handled for you, book one of the session packages instead.
