Dry hire
Before you proceed with booking, you need to read through all the rules and accept the terms and conditions.
Your booking time includes everything: arriving, setting up, packing down and leaving. You must be fully out of the studio by the end time you booked, so please plan accordingly and leave the space clean and back in its original state before your time is up.
The studio must be left clean, tidy and exactly as you found it, with all furniture and equipment returned to its original position. If it is not, a £50 cleaning fee will be charged. This is separate from overtime.
If you leave after your booking time ends, you have gone into overtime. Overtime is charged at the normal hourly rate, in 30-minute increments.
If you require overtime, please inform the studio at least 40 minutes before the end of your booking.
Please respect the space. Much of the equipment and furniture is professional, bespoke or irreplaceable, so care must be taken at all times.
Any damage or broken equipment must be reported to the studio immediately. All damage and all broken equipment must be paid for in full.
Lift, do not drag furniture, equipment or cases.
Food and drink are restricted to the designated bar and kitchen area only. No food or drink in the studio or recording areas.
Please ensure a representative of your production is available at the end of the hire to carry out a walk-around with a member of the studio, to jointly confirm the space has been returned to its original state.
